Dos Angeles Ranch has assembled a great team---a team who lives to hunt---specifically to create and manage the best habitat; acquire, raise, and train the best dogs; provide the best food and lodging---to provide the best quail hunting experience for the people who come to enjoy our ranch---to foster personal relationships which we hope will last a lifetime.
Jack, along with his wife, Lynn, are the owners of Dos Angeles Ranch. Both are proud members of the Dallas Safari Club, the Houston Safari Club, the Washington Safari Club, Safari Club International, and the Quail Unlimited Chapters in Houston and Dallas.
Jack and Lynn are avid hunters---hunting yearly, around the world---and, more avid, conservationists. Dos Angeles Ranch is a reflection of their desire to manage wildlife and habitat for sustainable use and enjoyment.
Jack served in the United States Congress from 1980-1996. While in Congress, Jack, as Chairman of the Telecommunications Committee, led the effort which resulted in the first major reform of our nation's telecommunication's laws in 56 years, the landmark, Telecommunications Act of 1996. While in Congress, Jack also led the effort to protect the property rights of farmers and ranchers and the conservation efforts to protect the elephant and rhino.
Chef Carlos is the greatest chef---period---and, he is the Executive Chef at Dos Angeles Ranch. Carlos has been an executive chef for over 20 years.
His current clientele is the most powerful, and the most demanding, in the world---serving among others, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Senate Majority Leader, major Committee Chairman of the House and Senate, Ambassadors from around the world, the Prince of Lichtenstein, all of the former Directors of the CIA, the former Director of the Mossad, the CEO's of major American companies, sports celebrities, and many others. We would challenge anyone to show us a more diverse, interesting, and powerful clientele!!
